Henry Schein One is seeking a dynamic, strategic finance leader to serve as the right hand to the CFO - a modern SaaS-oriented VP of Accounting and Finance who thrives at the intersection of operational execution, financial strategy, and business partnership.

In this high-impact role, you'll lead global Close-to-Report and FPandA functions, drive financial governance, and be a key thought partner to the CEO and CFO. This role goes beyond traditional controller or FPandA responsibilities - it's a strategic financial leadership position, playing a key role in shaping the financial direction of a global high-growth SaaS business serving tens of thousands of dental practices.

You'll oversee a high-performing global finance team spanning Accounting, International Finance, and FPandA. You'll be responsible for both the accuracy of our financials and the strategic insights that power our recurring revenue growth, customer retention, and long-time enterprise value.

Strategic Business Partnering : Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and CEO, ensuring ARR, revenue growth, and unit economics align with forecasts and strategy. Create and execute improvement plans that drive business performance

Global Close-to-Report Leadership : Oversee all accounting operations including monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency

Financial Planning and Analysis : Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting in close collaboration with GTM and product leaders - with a focus on SaaS KPIs(ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, margin)

Performance Reporting : Deliver timely, actionable insights through dashboards and reporting tools to help leadership make data-driven decisions that accelerate growth and profitability

Profitability Optimization : Identify and drive margin improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives across global teams

Governance and Compliance : Lead SOX, tax, treasury, internal / external audits, and approval processes to ensure strong internal controls and compliance across all financial operations

Corporate and MandA Partnership : Act as finance lead for acquisitions - including modeling, due diligence, and post-close integration alongside our PMO

Process and Systems Optimization : Scale financial systems and processes to support a global SaaS business. Drive ERP and FPandA system enhancements for automation, visibility, and efficiency

Leadership and Culture : Provide global leadership to a team of seasoned finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

Travel / Physical Demands

Travel of 10% - 25%

Qualifications

What You Will Have

15+ years in progressive finance roles, with at least 5 years in executive-level positions supporting SaaS or subscription-based businesses

Demonstrated experience managing senior finance leaders across global functions

Experience in a US multi-national corporation

Excellent understanding of SaaS metrics and how they influence strategy and operations

Track record of success in MandA, post-acquisition integration, and financial transformation
