Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic HR partner and advisor to the Commercial leadership team
Support sales enablement through talent planning and performance optimization
Lead organizational design and workforce planning to achieve growth goals
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner
Proven success in high-growth environments, preferably in healthcare, tech, or SaaS
Strong understanding of sales organizations and incentive design
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Data-driven with the ability to use metrics for decision-making
