The Role :

TheSlot Attendant t is responsible for providing

Superior service to all guests, performs minor repairs to gaming machines, troubleshoots machines and documents malfunctions unable to repair at machine level.

Responsibilities :

• Prepares slot payoff requests and tax forms for jackpots, obtaining verification and payment as appropriate, in a manner consistent with MGC regulations, internal controls and slot department operating procedures.
• Troubleshoots and repairs minor problems at the machine. Documents those repairs unable to fix at machine level.
• Responds to requests for information, changes large denomination currency into requested bills.
• Provides superior levels of guest service to both internal and external guests.

Qualifications :

1 to 3 months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to guests and other employees of the organization.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS :

Mississippi State Gaming License

High School (preferred)

Experience

1 years : High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. (preferred)
