Pay Rate : $30.00 $38.82 per hour + Full Benefits

Sign-On Bonus : $6,000

Shift : 6 : 00 PM 6 : 30 AM | Night Shift | 12-hour shifts (1745 0600)

Weekend Requirement : Rotation Required

On-Call Requirement : Rotation Required

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse to join our team in Lawton, OK. This role provides advanced, critical nursing care to patients with complex and life-threatening conditions. The RN will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes and quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients.

Perform complex assessments, implement care plans, and monitor treatment responses.

Respond quickly and effectively in emergency and high-stress situations.

Operate and monitor advanced life-support systems and critical care equipment.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and professional nursing standards.

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Oklahoma Required

Minimum 6 months of ICU or relevant nursing experience Required

Current BLS Certification Required (or must obtain prior to start)

NIH Stroke Scale Certification Required (or must obtain after hire)

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Required
