What to know about this position:

• Teammate must be willing to work within the float neighborhood defined below.

• Full Time Float teammates are expected to work 4-5 days per week (30-40 hours per week). Part Time Float

teammates are expected to work 3-4 days per week (24-30 hours per week).

• Float teammates must be willing to work every other Saturday or two Saturdays in a four-week period.

• Float teammates must be willing to work opening shifts, mid shifts, and closing shifts.

• Float teammates are expected to float to all clinics within their float neighborhood.

• Float teammates are not expected to work six days per week or nocturnal shifts.

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
