Responsibilities

Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone. Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes into the studio with a smile, scheduling appointments, answering phones, returning messages, assisting members with general concerns, directing to the lead SA or SP on duty. Complete intake of clients for demo sessions, review membership details and close the sale; scheduling next session if applicable. Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills. Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Must have a positive attitude and be able to manage time effectively. Must be proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, processes, policies and procedures. Must be able to efficiently service and maintain the member base. Consistent communication with Regional Manager and Lead Sales Associate to ensure you are up to date with all initiatives. Maintain high ethical standards and appropriate professional image. Can successfully manage various personalities.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. No degree or sales experience is required, but highly preferred. We offer in-depth training and support. Reliable transportation, flexible schedule and a willingness to learn new skills.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
