A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Manage data, model scenarios, and ensure execution of merit and bonus within the Workday Advanced Compensation module during the year-end compensation planning cycle
Model and validate all planning scenarios (merit, promotion, bonus, equity) for the organization
Develop training materials and manage post-cycle audit and reconciliation, advising on compensation decisions for job changes, new hires, and promotions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field with quantitative analysis
6+ years of relevant work experience in designing, developing, and implementing compensation programs
Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on Workday experience executing the Annual Compensation Review cycle (Merit / Bonus Planning)
Expertise with complex data manipulation (advanced Excel / Google Sheets, EIBs)
