A company is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Audit, document, and modernize product, design, and documentation workflows
Lead the maintenance and adoption of product intelligence platforms
Collaborate with teams to clean up legacy content and improve discoverability
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Program Management in a tech or SaaS environment
Proven ability to consolidate fragmented processes into centralized systems
Experience with SaaS platform operations and maintenance
Curiosity to explore AI tools for enhancing internal efficiency
Executive presence and ability to partner with leadership on strategic initiatives
