The HRIS Reporting Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) data. This role requires a strong understanding of HRIS systems and the ability to generate insightful reports to support the organization's HR functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards
• Analyze HRIS data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with HR teams to understand reporting needs and deliver customized reports
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HRIS systems
• Provide support and training to HR staff on HRIS reporting tools
