Sales Director (Southeast)

The Sales Director (SD) role is a combination of sales activities and team management. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you'll be responsible for growing and training a team of StackAdapters. The SD is the direct manager for a team of 4-8 Account Executives, working in tandem with the SVP and VP of Sales to grow StackAdapt's southeastern presence and revenue.
The SD will operate as a player‑coach, working with individual Account Executives to close and grow mid‑market accounts. A successful SD must have a clear understanding of the programmatic media landscape in order to effectively lead a sales team and sell StackAdapt's solution. The SD must be able to motivate their team to work towards quotas in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
StackAdapt is a remote‑first company; however, our Sales teams are regionalized. For this role, we are prioritizing candidates located in the Southeast part of the United States.
