A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to lead their global engineering organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-country engineering organization, fostering a unified culture across time zones
Design and manage a multi-level management structure, mentoring Directors and Engineering Managers for high-quality delivery
Own and scale the hiring process, ensuring the recruitment of top software engineers aligned with modern development practices
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Demonstrated success in building and operating high-performing distributed engineering teams
Deep experience managing engineering hubs in India and Latin America
Extensive experience building software for large enterprises with configuration through professional services
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
