US & PR Savings Plan Specialist

Summary

The specialist will be part of People Services and has responsibility for conducting in depth review of the US / PR savings plans elections and deductions in the different systems.

Position Responsibilities

• Administration and understanding of US / PR Savings Plans to support, drive, and execute process improvements, testing and documentation of process and analysis of plan activities
• Support the Senior Specialist to ensure the indicative demographic files to be used in processing are timely and accurate
• Coordinate process improvement project plans to support delivery on time
• Familiarize themselves and ramp up on systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Fidelity PSW, Workday, etc.) to support deliverables
• Support escalation and resolution of queries, issues
• Ensure required policy and procedures documentation is in place, Knowledge Articles are streamlined and updated as needed, and provide recommendations for content articles to resolve common questions.
• Coordinates with HR, Payroll and other departments and stakeholders to communicate changes as necessary
