A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct investigations into employee relations matters, including harassment and discrimination claims
Interview witnesses across various time zones to gather accurate and detailed information
Draft clear and well-organized reports summarizing findings and present them to senior operations and HR leaders
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in investigations or employee relations within the HR or legal field
Proven ability to conduct interviews and manage cases independently
Strong public speaking and presentation skills, particularly with senior leadership
Familiarity with investigation management software, such as EthicsPoint by Navex, is a plus
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
