A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive scalability and effectiveness across their sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and drive effective onboarding processes for new Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
Lead ongoing situational learning programs and coaching to improve AE performance
Design workflows and playbooks to enable the sales team and manage sales content and materials
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a sales and sales enablement role, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience in developing and delivering sales training programs
Proven ability to collaborate with product and marketing teams
Experience in fast-paced, high-velocity sales environments
Strong organizational skills and high standards for accountability and responsiveness
