A company is looking for an Engineering Team Lead to manage and guide a full stack development team.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead a full stack development team, monitor performance, and assist team members as needed

Architect, code, and advocate for software scalability, reliability, maintainability, and reusability

Collaborate with product owners to develop product roadmaps and facilitate agile development processes

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of recent and relevant development experience with .NET (3.5+ framework) and React, Typescript

Demonstrated senior-level knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and Service Oriented Architecture

Experience with agile methodologies

A strong desire for continual personal, professional, and technical improvement

Prior leadership experience is preferred
