Job Summary and Qualifications

In this role, you’ll stand alongside physicians and colleagues to deliver advanced care during lifesaving cardiac procedures. Your responsibilities will include :

What qualifications you will need :

This position will primarily be responsible for assisting in the Invasive Cardiology Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) / Electrophysiology Laboratory, including diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures within an inpatient and outpatient environment; coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.

Qualifications :

Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred.

Minimum of an associate’s degree in health, science, natural science, nursing, engineering and / or primary science OR a recent graduate of an accredited cardiovascular program.

Minimum Two(2) or more years of full-time invasive cardiology experience preferred.

American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification

Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) is a full-service hospital with 318+ patient beds. Our hospital is the largest medical facility in the region. We serve southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana.
