• Business Systems Analyst

Brooksource is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join our client’s SDIT Architecture team. This role will support the Provisioning & Activation domain, ensuring customers are successfully set up and activated across Video, Data, and Phone services. The ideal candidate has strong business analysis experience, proficiency with JIRA and Visio / Lucid, and the ability to deliver clear, testable requirements in an Agile environment.

• Professional Experience Required :
• 4+ years of Business Analysis (BA) or Business Systems Analysis (BSA) experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (No Visa sponsorship available)
• Required Skills :
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with JIRA and MS Visio / Lucidchart
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to write clear, concise, testable requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of databases, web services, and basic network / system architecture
• Strong organizational skills, including meeting coordination and documentation
• Ability to identify dependencies and anticipate upstream / downstream impacts
• Nice to Have :
• Telecommunications industry experience
• Business Analyst Certification (ECBA, CCBA, or similar)
• Day to Day :
• Lead requirement elicitation sessions with business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements for development teams
• Create business process models and diagrams for current and future processes
• Analyze business operations to identify opportunities for process / system improvements
• Support project delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Provide input on system design and usability
• Track meeting agendas, minutes, and action items
• Communicate effectively across technical and business audiences

Job Type : Contract

Pay : $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
