Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to assess their automotive needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Prepare detailed estimates and clearly communicate the recommended repairs and maintenance.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the daily workflow of the service department.
- Maintain a strong understanding of products and services offered to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure clarity on repairs and service timelines.
Requirements
