ASAP - Ongoing Need

Shift : FT Hours - Five 8-Hour Shifts per Week (7 AM Start Time); weekday call (3 : 30p-7a); weekend call (7a-7a)

Call shifts : Weekday beeper 3 : 30p-7a; Weekend call : 7a-7a 24 hour (Preferred to take 1 call shift per month)

Please be aware that all external locum needs are on a PRN (as-needed) basis. We do not guarantee shifts or privileges, but we sincerely appreciate and highly value our PRN relationships

Case Types : General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB / GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, bronchoscopy. No trauma and cardiac

Avg Monthly Cases : 1,800

Avg Monthly OB Delivery : 325

EMR : Meditech

Care Team Model : 25 CRNAs; 19 MDs

Must be willing to take call and work some weekends

Must have FL license

Must be Board Certified

ACLS Required
