Inside Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate with expertise in quote and agreement creation, vendor coordination, and familiarity with quoting tools (such as Quoter, CPQ Sell, QuoteWerks, etc.) and IT products. Experience with ConnectWise is preferred. This fully remote role requires a proactive individual who can manage sales processes, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure accurate documentation.

Benefits and Compensation :

  • PHP 50,000 - 60,000
  • Permanent Work-From-Home Position
  • Annual Bonus (at risk)
  • Paid Time Off
  • Travel Incentives (upon regularization)

Responsibilities :

Quote & Agreement Management

  • Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and agreements using Quoter.
  • Ensure accuracy in all sales documentation, including pricing and product details.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to process and deliver client agreements efficiently.

    • Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with vendors to obtain pricing, product information, and availability.
  • Maintain positive relationships with key suppliers and partners.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of IT products and services.

    • Sales Support & Process Management

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and project tracking.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress and milestones.
  • Ensure all records and customer data are accurately maintained in ConnectWise.

    • Client Communication

  • Support client inquiries regarding quotes, product specifications, and timelines.
  • Provide timely responses and follow up on outstanding requests or approvals.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience through clear and effective communication.

    • Qualifications : Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Associate or in a related role.
  • Proven experience with quoting tools like Quoter, CPQ Sell, QuoteWerks, etc.
  • Proven experience handling quote creation, vendor coordination, and sales administration.

    • Skills

  • Proficiency in ConnectWise (Manage) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales workflows and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

    • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in the IT services or technology industry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
