Position Summary
Oceaneering Technologies (OII-OTECH) supports the US Navy's submarine rescue mission through the Submarine Rescue Operations and Maintenance Contract (SROMC). Oceaneering partners with the Navy's Undersea Rescue Command (URC) to provide 24 / 7 world-wide submarine rescue capability to US, allied and other foreign navy requests to assist disabled submarines (DISSUB) or submersible intervention and rescue.
OII OTECH is seeking an Intervention Lead Technician who will oversee and manage the U.S. Navy's unique undersea Intervention systems and rescue supporting equipment. The Intervention Lead Technician will report to the Operations Manager (OM) and will work closely with the customer to execute undersea system operational performance, Intervention system upkeep, and training qualifications. The position will also directly participate and oversee operations and watch standing while embarked on working vessels during at sea operations.
Duties And Responsibilities

- Oversee the maintenance, employment, and operation of all U.S. Navy Intervention systems to include :
- Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV).
- Side Looking Sonar (SILOS).
- Light Weight Mooring System (LWMS).
- Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB).
- Rescue Support Equipment.

PAY, BENEFITS AND WORK SCHEDULE :
We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Base pay rate for this position is $40 to $50.
