Where and How You'd Work : Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That's why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. What You'd Do in This Role : The Director of Project Management is responsible for facilitating process enhancements using Kanban principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and lead a team of project managers to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize flow, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic business initiatives. Building strong relationships and trust within teams will be a key focus to drive effective collaboration and achieve organizational goals.

You're Probably a Match If : You have a proven track record in implementing Kanban and continuous improvement methodologies with cross-functional teams. You have demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team of project managers. You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse teams. You have the proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage change, and drive successful project outcomes. You have strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

What Winning Looks Like : Process Optimization : Lead the implementation of Kanban methodology to improve operational efficiency, reduce cycle times, and positively impact overall workflow Change Management : Identify, analyze, and collaborate on solutions to address process inefficiencies. Drive initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Team Management : Directly supervise and coach a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance their effectiveness and career growth Team Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders. Foster an environment of trust, open communication, and collaborative problem-solving Strategic Delivery : Oversee the successful execution of key projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations Performance Metrics : Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of improvement initiatives and make data-driven decisions Training and Mentorship : Provide training and support to teams on Kanban principles, continuous improvement practices, and effective teamwork strategies
