Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will provide expert nutritional guidance and support to patients, helping them achieve optimal health through personalized diet plans and education.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized meal plans.
- Provide counseling and education on healthy eating habits and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition into patient care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
