Bad Debt Supervisor

A company is looking for a Bad Debt Supervisor to support a team of collection leads and agents in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Handle escalated calls and conduct side-by-side audits on staff

Coach, train, and develop staff while implementing performance improvement incentives

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and meet departmental performance goals

Required Qualifications

Experience in collections, sales, healthcare, or customer service; supervisory experience preferred

High School equivalent; some college education is a plus

2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, healthcare billing, and collections

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools

Latitude and LiveVox experience preferred
