Benefits Payment Services Coordinator

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Benefit Payment Services coordinator for an opportunity in Newark, DE 19713 !

Title : Benefit Payment Services Coordinator

Location : Newark, DE 19713

Contract : 6 Months with possible extension or conversion to FTE

Pay Rate : $26.35 on W2

Benefit Payment Services (BPS) assists retirees with questions regarding their pension payments. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess a commitment to superior customer service to join our team of call center professionals.

Duties include :

  • Receiving inbound calls
  • Understanding call requests, problem solving as needed, and routing if required per client profile
  • Assisting retirees with questions about their pension payments, tax forms, withholdings, etc.
  • Sending forms via mail, fax, and email to participants

Qualifications :

  • College degree required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, internet, and email.
  • Highly motivated, self starter who can complete functions with little supervision
  • Strong organization / time management skills &ability to prioritize
  • Ability to function well in a high volume environment & multi task
  • Adapts well to change and is a team player- ability to achieve both individual and group goals
  • Must have excellent communication skills & telephone etiquette with customer service focus
  • Excellent attendance record required
  • Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
