A company is looking for a Manual Coder & Coding Review.
Key Responsibilities
Perform coding for medical records and ensure accuracy in coding practices
Review and validate coding for compliance with regulations and standards
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and coding queries
Required Qualifications
Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, or equivalent)
Experience in medical coding and coding review processes
Knowledge of medical terminology and coding guidelines
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
