Modern Market - Assistant General Manager
Do you have a passion for restaurant leadership? Ensuring that your restaurant is delivering on team member and guest experience, quality assurance, and financial goals? If so, this is the job for you! We are Modern Market – a farm-fresh eatery that serves awesome food in a fast-paced, open kitchen setting. We love food and we love providing an excellent guest experience to each person that walks through our door. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team. Our Assistant Managers are passionate leaders, on-their-feet thinkers, and inspirational motivators, sound like you?
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts in the restaurant
- Assist with inventory counts and product ordering for the restaurant
- Lead the orientation / on-boarding process for new team members
- Assist in developing / writing the restaurant schedule
