If you’re a proactive problem-solver with a strong grasp of infrastructure environments and a passion for building high-performing solutions, this role is your opportunity to drive lasting impact and accelerate customer success from day one. This is remote position.    KEY JOB FUNCTIONS     Lead the end-to-end implementation of GeorgeJon infrastructure solutions for new and existing customers Own project timelines, technical onboarding plans, and successful handoff to support and operations teams Serve as the primary point of contact throughout implementation, setting expectations and providing updates Collaborate with pre-sales and engineering teams to define requirements, align resources, and build clear delivery plans Translate complex customer needs into technical steps and structured deployment schedules Monitor project risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating as needed to maintain forward momentum Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle (requirements, timelines, actions, decisions, and lessons learned) Run internal and customer-facing meetings to drive progress and capture alignment Champion delivery excellence by continuously looking for ways to streamline the onboarding process   ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES     Track key metrics to assess implementation health and customer satisfaction Partner with resource managers to align skillsets with project requirements Contribute to the evolution of GeorgeJon’s implementation frameworks and internal documentation standards Share best practices and lessons learned to improve consistency across all customer onboarding experiences Assist in training and mentoring new team members as the implementation team grows   WHAT YOU BRING Demonstrated success managing delivery of technical or infrastructure projects, particularly in on-prem environments Working knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, disaster recovery, and networked storage Strong project governance :
