We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Installers to join our employee-owned team. In this role, you will be installing residential and light commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Our technicians represent the face of our company, delivering high quality installations and building lasting relationships with our customers across the Milwaukee Metro Area.

Responsibilities :

• Install, replace, and start up HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless units, and ventilation systems
• Read and interpret technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
• Measure, fabricate, and assemble ductwork, piping, and electrical connections as required
• Perform system testing, balancing, and verification for proper operation
• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, safety codes, and company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite and company vehicle
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors
• Assist with training apprentices and promoting a safe, professional job environment
• Complete installation documentation accurately and on time
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned work efficiently
• Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy and a customer-first attitude
