Who we Are

Railserve is a leading provider of in-plant rail switching transloading and material handling services operating at over 75 locations in North America. We use our own locomotives and employees to safely move railcars within industrial manufacturing and production plants. But were not just rail car movers; we also provide a number of other services which include : rail car loading rail car unloading track maintenance inspection or repair and many others.

The Role :

This position is responsible for performing routine clerical or office tasks in support of rail switching site.

What youd be doing :

Compile data and prepare reports and business correspondence.

Open sort and route incoming mail answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mail.

Communicate with customers employees and other individuals to answer questions disseminate or explain information take orders and address complaints.

General administrative duties include but are not limited to answering telephones typing or word processing office machine operation and filing.

Complete work schedules manage calendars and arrange appointments.

Other duties as may be assigned
