Descripción del trabajoProviding one-on-one, in-home behavioral intervention to ABA Effects clients in accordance with the behavioral treatment plan. Collecting and documenting accurate and timely records of a child’s performance via electronic data collection software. Reporting on patient progress to Case Managers and Board-Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA) and implementing feedback during each therapy session Actively conducting session, moving frequently and constantly repositioning in response to and in anticipation of the client’s movements and behaviors Passion and enthusiasm for working with kids Must be able to lift 30 lbs. and be active to move frequently throughout session and constantly reposition themselves to respond to the movement and behaviors of the patient Must be willing to drive 30-mile radius from office in Alhambra, CA Familiarity with iPads and the Apple ecosystem Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent Must pass criminal background test (DOJ / FBI) Must pass tuberculous test Competitive salary Initial and ongoing paid training and supervision Paid drive time and mileage reimbursements Paid time off and sick time Ability to cash out unused sick time at the end of the year Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plan for full-time employees 8 paid company holidays Referral Program Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement

JOB SUMMARY :
We are hiring Behavior Therapists to provide home-based therapy to children and adolescents! We are a rapidly growing company with an abundance of opportunities for growth and advancement. THE BASICS :
Job Type : Part Time, Flexible
Availability :
- Requires availability during weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 2 : 00 pm to 8 : 00 pm
- Must be available a minimum of 3 weekday evenings per week
- Weekend availability preferred, but not required
- Areas of high need : Korea Town
Compensation : $18-$27 / hr. depending on experience
