Position Summary

The Shipping And Receiving Associate is responsible for ensuring that all incoming materials and outgoing finished products are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, packaging and labeling medical device products, and supporting on-time delivery to customers. Working under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager, the associate coordinates daily logistics activities, verifies incoming and outgoing shipments, manages documentation through the ERP system, and contributes to the overall efficiency of the manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and document all incoming materials and products; verify accuracy against packing lists, purchase orders, and specifications. Unpack and organize shipment deliveries; ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored. Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished products according to customer and regulatory requirements. Create and maintain shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing slips, shipping manifests, certificates of conformance, etc.). Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight, etc.) to schedule pickups and track shipments. Utilize the company's ERP system to record receipts, shipments, and inventory transactions accurately.
