Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse Manager to lead Cardiac Catheterization Lab operations at a highly respected healthcare facility in Mission Hills, California . This is a full-time, permanent leadership position ideal for a clinically strong RN with proven management experience in cardiac services offering $150,000 to $235,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

As the Cath Lab Nurse Manager, you will :

Oversee daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab, including staffing, patient flow, and resource allocation

Supervise and support a team of RNs, techs, and ancillary staff

Collaborate with physicians and interventional cardiologists to optimize patient care

Monitor and improve quality outcomes, compliance, and patient satisfaction

Manage budgeting, scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development

Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards, safety policies, and accreditation guidelines

Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in strategic planning

Qualifications

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license

BSN required; MSN or healthcare leadership degree preferred

BLS and ACLS certifications required

3+ years of Cath Lab RN experience and 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role

Deep understanding of cardiovascular procedures, patient safety, and regulatory compliance

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
