Financial & business acumen - Experience with budgeting, sales tracking, and cash handling is a plus. Your Role as an Assistant Manager :
As an Assistant Manager , you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to oversee daily operations , lead a high-performing team , and ensure an exceptional customer experience . Your leadership and strategic thinking will help maintain our top-tier industry reputation while driving sales and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Team Management - Motivate and manage staff to meet sales targets and customer service goals.
- Customer Experience & Satisfaction - Ensure every customer has a top-notch experience, leading to positive Google reviews and repeat business .
- Sales & Promotions - Help drive conversion rates by implementing promotional campaigns and upselling membership programs .
- Training & Development - Conduct regular staff training on best practices, customer service, and car wash procedures.
- Operations & Facility Maintenance - Oversee inventory, cleanliness, and safety procedures to keep the car wash running smoothly.
- Financial Oversight - Assist with cash handling, budgeting, and deposit preparation to ensure financial efficiency.
- Marketing & Brand Growth - Support the implementation of marketing initiatives to attract new customers and drive revenue.
