Head of Group Purchasing Organization

A company is looking for a Head of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the launch and scaling of a commercial GPO for dental, medical, and veterinary practices

Build and manage a high-quality vendor ecosystem through strategic partnerships and negotiations

Shape the revenue model and track adoption, vendor performance, and customer outcomes

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in sales, strategic sourcing, partnerships, or adjacent commercial roles

Direct experience in dental, medical, healthcare services, or veterinary industries preferred

Existing relationships with vendors serving healthcare or veterinary practices

Experience building or scaling a commercial platform or multi-sided ecosystem

Strong commercial judgment and negotiation capability
