Search Product Lead, Retail, Large Customer Sales

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area. Minimum qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles. Experience working with digital organizations. Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership. Preferred qualifications : Experience in Omnichannel marketing, driving store sales and visits as well as online. Experience using the Google Ads platform including Shopping Ads. Familiarity with online media buying and selling processes and good understanding of the ecosystem. Ability to be adaptable in exercising judgment in a dynamic environment. Excellent organizational, communication, and influencing skills.

As a Product Lead, you will partner with leading Retail advertisers to develop strategies that maximize the impact of their Search campaigns. You will leverage your understanding of the Google Search platform and product innovations to craft custom solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for our clients. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities : Translate our customers' overarching business objectives and marketing objectives into search-specific advertising strategies. Establish partnerships with sales and other specialist teams to proactively identify, prioritize, and pursue search opportunities. Advance client adoption of key search product features : omnichannel bidding, budgets, coverage, creative excellence, and audiences. Import and export solutions for search marketing that allow for fast and agile deployment. Serve as a feedback loop back to our product management and technical support organizations to influence feature prioritization and issue resolution.
