Junior Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting various financial functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our accounting processes. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to grow their accounting skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and post journal entries in NetSuite for routine transactions.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and key balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation for audits and reviews.
• Create purchase orders in NetSuite and record credit card transactions.
• Process vendor bills, review coding, and match them to purchase orders and receipts.
• Assist with the 3-way match process for inventory purchases.
• Support weekly payment runs and manage vendor inquiries.
• Create customer invoices, monitor collections, and follow up on outstanding balances as needed.
• Scan and file electronic documents as required.
• Create customer orders in NetSuite or Shopify.
• Support Customer Support with the accurate recording of customer returns.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
