Job Description

Delivering exceptional service is at the heart of everything we do. As a Server, you play a key role in bringing our dining experience to life through genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and timely service. You help ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and enjoys a memorable visit from start to finish.

Duties

• Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
• Writes order on check or memorizes it.
• Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Serves patrons from chafing dish at table.
• Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
• Completes all assigned side works and special projects.
• Must have complete menu and bar knowledge.
• Totals bill and accepts payment or refers patron to Cashier.
