Descripción del trabajoCurrent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Commitment to Fairmounts core values : Compassion, Community, Dignity, Integrity, Quality, Teamwork, and Trust Provide leadership and supervision for Resident Assistants in assigned neighborhoods Administer medications and treatments per physicians orders Monitor residents, complete documentation, and support assessments, admissions, and discharges Ensure safety, infection control, and compliance with all state / federal regulations Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and leadership Support Fairmounts mission by creating a caring, respectful, and empathetic environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, crouching, and resident care tasks Strong composure to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in emergency or stressful situations

Were currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Charge Nurse to join our Personal Care / Assisted Living team . This is a wonderful opportunity to serve elderly residents as they transition from independent living to assisted living. If youre a dedicated nurse with a heart for compassionate care, wed love to meet you!
Pay & Schedule
- $2,000 Sign On Bonus!
- $30.80 $33.30 / hour
- Shift differentials : +$1.25 / hr weekends | +$1 evenings | +$0.50 nights
- 32 hours Week 1 / 40 hours Week 2
- Every other weekend required
