ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kyle Pauley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. As you enjoy a fun work environment, we all strive to make sure customers become top of mind and we do everything to take care of a customer and make sure you are making recommendations to them to build value and connection with you and this office. Some of these customers, it is their worst day of their lives and we can help them through it.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.

Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.

Grow the book of business by deeper conversions and uncovering needs the customer doesn't know they currently have

Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Networking and building a referral networking system in the local area

Be the face of Kyle Pauley State Farm

QUALIFICATIONS :

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
