- Oversee all aspects of the Boys and Girls Varsity Track teams
- Design and implement effective training and conditioning programs
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
- Collaborate with assistant coaches, athletic staff, and school administrators
- Ensure compliance with WPIAL and PIAA regulations
