Details & requirements for this opportunity : Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements : Monday - Friday 7a-3p. late room 7a - 5p + call 3p - 7a Required Cases : Orthopedics, general, endoscopy, Obstetrics / Gynecology, Pediatrics, urology, Ear Nose Throat, ophthalmology, plastics Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Medaxion Care Team (and ratio) or Independent : CRNAs are supervised 60% Credentialing Timeframe : up to 90 days License required or willing to license : Active Vermont License required Facility Location Located in Vermont, St. Albans is a town on Lake Champlain which honors maple syrup and the annual Vermont Maple Festival which is a three-day festival held in the month of April.
