JOB Title : Nurse Practitioner (In-home Visits)
Locations : Ocala, FL, Citrus, FL & Marion County, FL
Shifts : 9AM - 5PM
Relocation Bonus Provided
Responsibilities :
- Provide primary care to Geriatric Patients.
- Perform physical examinations and assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary.
- Provide geriatric care, including long-term care planning.
