What you will do :

• Handle phone-in customers with pleasant and courteous etiquette.
• Utilize product and technical knowledge to assist customer with product selection.
• Provide customer with written quotation which includes terms, and delivery method.
• Prepare customer sale order and confirm payment terms / method.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to customer.
• Resolve order issues by collaborating with external vendors and internal departments.
• Reach monthly goals in sales and gross margin.
• Encourage the use of digital tools across customer base.
• Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day.

What you will bring :

Physical Requirements and Work Environment :

Salary Range : $27 - $30 / hr based on your experience

Location : Pleasantville, NJ

Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am - 5pm with occasional Saturdays
