A company is looking for a Construction to Permanent Draw Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Manage construction to permanent loan processes and projects

Develop and maintain administrative processes related to loan documentation and funding

Analyze inspection reports and monitor project progression to ensure compliance and service quality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or technology field or equivalent experience preferred

3+ years of experience in mortgage lending, particularly in construction lending or loan administration

Experience in managing construction loan projects and third-party relationships preferred
