Senior Director of PMO

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Project Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the PMO strategy, governance model, and delivery frameworks

Oversee the full lifecycle of customer projects, ensuring timely, high-quality execution

Build and scale a team of project managers, coordinators, analysts, and resource planners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

10+ years of experience in project / program management, with 5+ years in a leadership role

Proven success in managing and leading teams through complex, cross-functional customer projects

Experience with ERP deployments and implementations

Experience managing a P&L
