About the Role

We're building a Business Development Center (BDC) and we're looking for someone to help lead it .

As the BDC Manager , you'll oversee day-to-day activity across lead follow-up, service scheduling, and simple payment collections. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys creating structure, and is ready to coach and lead others .

This isn't a call center. It's a communication hub and in this leadership role, you'll help shape how we connect with customers, streamline follow-ups, and support multiple departments

What You'll Lead

Lead Management & Sales Support

• Oversee how inbound leads are handled timely responses, CRM follow-ups, appointment setting
• Train and coach team members on follow-up flows, scripting, and lead qualification
• Ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks

Service Scheduling

Collections Support

Team Coaching & Development

What We're Looking For

The pay range for this role is :

17 - 25 USD per hour(Columbia, KY)
