Seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 5-8 years of experience. The firm practice focuses on the transactional needs of private operating businesses, real estate development, and their estate planning requirements.

Qualifications :

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Understand unique client needs and provide effective estate and tax planning solutions.

Demonstrated experience in drafting estate planning documents and handling probate and trust administration.

Experience in probate and trust litigation is highly desired.

Requirements :

5+ years of estate planning experience

Membership in the California State Bar
