Program Coordinator
Reports To : Program Manager of OEM
Description : Analyze product delivery or supply chain processes to identify cost savings and or recommend changes, may manage activity including invoicing, electronic bills, and shipment tracing.
Responsibilities : Lead or assist projects from Award to Launch KNA facilities
Develop Schedules and track for the project from Award letter to launch
Make draft of development schedule and confirm it with team
Request each department to work to meet development schedule or customer's request
Serve as the key Customer contact until launch of project
Attend and coordinate running rates with customer internal and suppliers
Ask QA or Engineer and Design to attend and submit report
Oversee material trial orders and trial shipments to customer
Lead APQP teams and report directly to Upper management constantly status
Timely communicates Key issues to Upper Management
Fills outs or guides completion of OEM customer required documentation until project launch
Monitor material arrangement team to ship to meet our requirement
Monitors Cost targets throughout trials and launch with Production, Purchasing and Cost Control Departments
Ask each department to report progress status by each milestone
Monitor internal tooling, supplier tooling, and supplier part delivery for pre-launch projects
Monitor Cost targets throughout trials and launch with other team members
Must work in a safe manner in compliance with KNA policies and maintain an awareness of danger to themselves and others
Monitor and track KPI targets for project
Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures
Authorities for an employee are granted by means of work instructions, policies and procedures and or direction provided by management to meet the requirements of the customer
Education & Experience : Bachelor of Science in Business or Engineering related discipline or 3 years Automotive Experience
1-3 Years of Experience
Skills : Experience working with Windows operating system as sell as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Other : Some Travel Required.
Work Environment : This job operates in an office and manufacturing environment, and routinely uses standard office equipment. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
Physical Demands : The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. The employee may also be required to work in hot temperatures
