Join us in shaping the future of health care and making a meaningful impact at Description : Were seeking a full-time Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to join our team at our Corporate Office in Watkinsville GA. The ideal candidate will be outgoing enjoy serving others and have the ability to problem solve and think creatively. We are looking for someone who will align with our companys culture and values to introduce people to our company and strive for excellence through servant leadership.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
- Leads day-to-day recruitment efforts for company including phone screens reference checks and offer submissions.
- Evaluates applicants to ensure quality candidates are being considered.
- Advises managers on hiring decisions.
- Utilizes new and creative ways to recruit for hard to fill positions with internal resources and external recruiting.
- Attends recruiting events such as career fairs.
- Maintains a talent pool of qualified candidates to anticipate future needs.
- Completes recruitment efforts in a timely fashion to maintain the needs of our facilities and departments.
- Coordinates with VPs Directors and Managers to determine upcoming needs and timelines to fill them.
- Maintains Applicant Tracking System for company. Keeps open jobs up to date notifying candidates timely and appropriately of new or closed opportunities.
- Ensures all initial employment requirements such as employee licenses liability insurance certifications employee health requirements and other time sensitive items are recorded appropriately in all systems.
- Oversees the onboarding process for all employees ensuring that all documents are received approved and coordinated by appropriate timelines.
- Demonstrates ability to deal with complex situations and problems involving several variables.
- Oversees and conducts New Employee Orientation.
- Assist the HR Department with other tasks as needed.
